A Unique Band
This is a picture of street performers in the Haight. There is a long tradition of musical performance in the area. One of the first and most well known bands being the Grateful Dead. These guys were very good musicians and all sounded very good. They attracted a huge audience of people and I bet they made a decent amount of money from tourists. I would have asked what there band name was but our group had to leave before they were finished. It is just one of the many things that adds character to the neighborhood.
